(“\n \n Melkior\n \n ” or the\n“\n \n Company\n \n ”) (\n \n \n TSXV:MKR\n \n \n ) (\n \n \n OTC:MKRIF\n \n \n ) is pleased to\nannounce that it has begun surface exploration work on its Val d’Or\nProperty (“the Property”).  The purpose of the survey is to\nfollow up on the 2020 till sampling anomalies and targets (\n \n \n \n see\nnews release dated August 27th, 2020\n \n \n \n ).  The survey\nincludes follow-up soil sampling and prospecting on all targets\nexcept:\n \n \n \n \n - Target 2 will be subject to prospecting only\n \n \n - Target 4 due to the lack of outcrops and the pending drill results\nfrom the previous drill campaign completed on the Property.\n \n \n \n \n Below are details on each target and a map showing their specific\nlocation (Figure 1). The Company will report exploration results once\nthe survey is complete.\n \n \n \n \n Figure 1: Interpreted Targets\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n Target 1\n \n \n is\nsituated in the western area of the Property and could be an anomaly\nassociated with intrusion-related gold mineralization. This target is\ngenerated using multiple till samples that are anomalous in different\nelements including: Au, Ag, As, Te, Mo, Pb, Sb, Bi, Sn, and W. The\nCompany has added 13 new claims (746.2 ha) to the Property to ensure\nit covers the potential source of this anomaly. The source is expected\nto come from the granodiorites located just north of that area, and\nthe unit already includes a gold showing in similar geological context\nto what is expected to be the source of the anomaly (the Jenson\nshowing is grading at 6.7 g/t Au - Gariepy, 1988) and is hosted in\nintrusions, approximately 3-4km NE of the anomaly and outside of the\nProperty).\n \n \n \n \n Target 2\n \n \n could\nbe the source of an anomalous area in gold that is located in the\nnorthern part of the Property and is spatially close to a silver\ndiscovery made by the exploration team in 2020 :\n \n \n 0.45 oz per ton\n \n \n of silver assayed in a\nmetric sized boulder.  The 2m...
