[{"type":"text","content":"\nMelkior Begins Drilling at Carscallen Gold, West Timmins, Ontario\n\nMelkior Begins Drilling at Carscallen Gold, West Timmins, Ontario\nOttawa, Ontario CANADA, September 10, 2012 /FSC/ - Melkior Resources Inc.  (MKR - TSX Venture)(\"Melkior\"),has commenced a diamond drill program on its 100% owned Carscallen gold project, in West Timmins, Ontario.  The drilling program will consists of approximately three holes totalling a minimum of 2000 metres.\nThe drill program will focus on the contact area between the granite and the mafic volcanic rocks, specifically where the Shenkman vein system intersects the contact. Analysis of the spatial distribution of gold within the Shenkman system suggests that gold grades are higher as the zone reaches the granite - mafic volcanic contact area. The drilling program began on September 7th 2012. \nMelkior has retained Laframboise Drilling Inc. to drill the 2000 metres and the program will be supervised and managed by GeoVector Management Inc., an Ottawa-based geoconsulting company.
