Diluted earnings per share were\n$0.48 for the six months ended June 30, 2006 compared to $0.26 during the same\nperiod in the prior year.\nEarnings for the three months ending June 30, 2006 were $7,912,000 or\n$0.26 per share ($0.25 per share diluted) compared to earnings of $5,297,000\nor $0.17 per share ($0.17 per share diluted) during the same period in 2005.\nRevenue for the second quarter was $37,950,000 compared to the second quarter\nin 2005 when revenues were $24,095,000.\nThe company paid a semi-annual dividend of $0.15 per share on June 30,\n2006 to shareholders of record on June 16, 2006.
