Mega Uranium Ltd. Announces Appointment of CFO

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 21, 2015) - Mega Uranium Ltd. ("Mega") (TSX:MGA) announces that Carmelo Marrelli has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer effective December 31, 2015. Mr. Marrelli will succeed Gerry Feldman, who has resigned from the position to pursue other interests. The board of directors thanks Mr. Feldman for his years of service to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Mr. Marrelli is a Certified Public Accountant in Ontario and a principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm specializing in providing administration services to Canadian public companies. He also acts as CFO for several other public companies.
