(TSXV: MDX), a global\nleader in developing drug free, non-invasive therapeutics for tissue repair\nand pain relief, today announced that the company has entered into a\nco-marketing, development and distribution agreement with Naimco/Rich-Mar, a\nleader in innovative and advanced ultrasound, electrotherapy and light therapy\nmodalities for over 30 years.\n\n\nThis agreement establishes MedX as the exclusive provider of low level\nlaser and light technology to Naimco/Rich-Mar and will allow MedX Health to\nsell components to Naimco/Rich-Mar that will enhance its product line. MedX\nwill have master distributor rights to market MedX/Rich-Mar products in all\nmarkets & countries, except those U.S. and Canadian customers primarily\nengaged in Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy and or Chiropractic medicine and\ntherapy. In addition, MedX will have exclusive rights in Dental, Veterinarian,\nAesthetics/Plastic Surgery & Dermatology to market MedX/Rich-Mar products.\nMedX expects to see increased revenue from this partnership as early as Q4 of\n2008.\n\n\nUnder this comprehensive agreement, the two companies will cooperate in\nthe exchange of products and components to create an improved line of\nenergy-derived medical devices. MedX will also develop and produce for\nRich-Mar an advanced system that will help healthcare providers identify the\noptimum treatment target for best results.\n\n\n"This strategic partnership is a winning formula.
