[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n May 6, 2010 (Canada NewsWire Group) -- MedX Health Corp., (TSXV.MDX) a global leader in drug free, non-invasive low level laser and light therapy for tissue repair and pain relief, today announced it is late in filing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2009.\nAs a result MedX will not be in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") and Securities regulations. A delay in payment of outstanding fees to our auditors caused a delay in completing our audit. Please note that we are not aware of any unusual results occurring in our year end numbers nor any issues with our auditors with the exception of this fee payment matter.\nMedX has applied to the Securities Commissions for a Management Cease Trade Order to be applicable until such time as the required filings for the 2009 year end are made.
