(TSX: LABS) (OTCQB: MEDIF) (FSE: MLZ) (“\n \n MediPharm\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”), a pharmaceutical company specialized in precision-based cannabinoids, today announced that Institutional Shareholder Services (“\n \n ISS\n \n ”) published a report on May 30, 2025 (the “\n \n ISS Report\n \n ”) recommending that MediPharm shareholders vote the\n \n GREEN Proxy\n \n or voting instruction form\n \n FOR\n \n the Company’s nominees for the Board of Directors (the “\n \n Board\n \n ”) at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 16, 2025 (the “\n \n Meeting\n \n ”).\n \n\n ISS is a leading independent proxy voting and corporate governance advisory firm whose recommendations are trusted by pension funds, investment managers, mutual funds, and other institutional shareholders.
