Quijano, Larry Regis and Gregory Chapin - were nominated and unanimously re-elected to serve shareholders' interests.\r\n\r\nCompany President, Juan Jos? Quijano Fern?ndez, reported and delivered to the AGM attendees, an official signed deal document from Hochschild Chile Mining Company.\r\n\r\nHochschild has been doing business as a major mining conglomerate throughout South America for over 70 years. Hochschild Company is headed by the ex-President of Codelco, Mr. Juan R. Villarz?. Codelco is a Chilean State-owned entity and recognized as the largest copper mining company in the world.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, Mr. Quijano reported that he has been actively working with Sumitomo Corporation since February 2006. Sumitomo Corporation is a multi-billion headquartered in Tokyo, Japan with satellite offices in Santiago, Chile.
