(Pink Sheets: MDMN) \n reports that its 100% owned Chilean subsidiary, Medinah Mining Chile, \n was informed by AURYN Mining Chile, SpA that it has signed a Diamond \n Drilling Contract with A. C. Perforaciones LTDA of Chile. AURYN Mining \n Chile, SpA reports that machinery and equipment will be dispatched by \n the contractor to the Altos de Lipangue claims by September 22, 2014. \n The contract calls for the immediate commencement of first stage \n drilling that targets the initial 8,000 meter program.\n \n \n AURYN Mining Chile, SpA will provide drilling core results to Medinah \n Mining Chile periodically. The drilling and assay report results will \n then be communicated as received.\n \n \n Medinah management is also pleased to announce that each of the parties \n to the Joint Venture Mining Option Agreement, AURYN Mining Chile, SpA \n and Medinah Mining Chile, have complied with all contractual provisions, \n thus negating the issue of a $3,000,000 fine for noncompliance.\n \n \n AURYN Mining Chile, SpA/David Bent, P.
