(OTC PINK: MDMN) today announced that its Board \n of Directors has named Vittal Karra as the Company’s new President and \n Board Director, effective October 1, 2014.\n \n \n Mr. Karra is a long-time Medinah Minerals shareholder. In order to \n prepare and familiarize himself with his new management \n responsibilities, and in an effort to further his first-hand knowledge \n of Medinah Minerals properties, Mr. Karra recently completed an \n extensive fact finding visit to South America, which included the \n countries of Chile and Peru.\n \n \n “Vittal Karra is a successful business executive who has a vast array of \n business management experience in many diverse corporations. He is a \n passionate humanitarian with a fervor to excel in networking and \n creating profitable business enterprises. Mr. Karra brings a wealth of \n knowledge and business acumen to the Company, and he will greatly \n enhance and augment the short and long term corporate goals of the \n organization.
