Each of the five nominees listed in Company's management information circular dated April 4, 2025, namely Dr. Albert Friesen, Dr. Arnold Naimark, James Kinley, Brent Fawkes and Peter Quick, was elected as a director of Medicure to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successor is duly elected.
