The amount reflects the quarterly dividend rate of Cdn $0.07 prorated for the final two months of the fourth quarter of fiscal 2019. \nThe ex-dividend date for this distribution will be December 30, 2019. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an \"eligible dividend\" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.\nAbout Medical Facilities CorporationMedical Facilities, in partnership with physicians, owns surgical facilities in the United States.
