Reynolds as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.  Mr. Reynolds, who will commence in his new role on June 1, 2016, is a well-recognized executive with over 28 years' experience in the hospital and health services management industry. Prior to that, starting in December 2008, he served as a Senior Vice President and Division 1 President of Health Management Associates Inc. (HMA) where he was responsible for hospitals in Alabama, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, and before that he served as a Vice President of Operations for Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHS) managing hospitals in Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
