This will be the Company's 184th consecutive dividend payment since inception.\nThe ex-dividend date for this distribution will be July 30, 2019. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an \"eligible dividend\" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.\nAbout Medical Facilities CorporationMedical Facilities, in partnership with physicians, owns surgical facilities in the United States. Medical Facilities' portfolio includes controlling interest in five specialty surgical hospitals located in Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, and South Dakota, and an ambulatory surgery center located in California.
