[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nMediaZest Plc\n\n(\"MediaZest\", the \"Company†or “Group\"; AIM: MDZ)\n\nTiming of publishing of accounts\n\nMediaZest, the creative audio-visual company, will announce final results for the year ended 31 March 2016 within the next two weeks.\n\nThese results will be in line with the announcement of 29 April 2016. As noted in that announcement they will include an accounting adjustment under International Financial Reporting Standard 2 or IFRS2 (Share based payments). IFRS2 is applicable to MediaZest for the first time in the Financial Year ended 31 March 2016 because the Company utilised an Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) during this period. Whilst this item has neither cash nor trading implications, its accounting treatment under IFRS2 will adversely affect the year end result.
