The company holds interests in an extensive acreage position in\nthe Neuquen Basin, Argentina and is also active in Colombia and in Peru, where\nit operates and owns 100 percent of two large exploratory licenses covering\nover 5 million acres onshore in the Maranon and Ucayali Basins. The company's\nshares are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol\nPDP. Petrolifera is pursuing an active drilling campaign in Argentina and\nexpects to drill up to 55 wells in 2007, using four drilling rigs and three\ncompletion rigs during the latter part of the year.
