Reduction of Capital Effective

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10 October 2023, the Court order confirming the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction") and the statement of capital approved by the Court in connection therewith were sent to the Registrar of Companies on 10 October 2023 and the Company has just been informed that the Capital Reduction became effective on 11 October 2023.

The issued share capital of the Company has not changed as a result of the Capital Reduction. The Company's issued share capital currently consists of 103,347,620 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
