Rule 2.9 Announcement - correction

The total issued share capital of ME Group was incorrectly stated in the announcement released by ME Group on 18 June 2025.   

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, ME Group therefore confirms that as at close of business on 18 June 2025 its issued share capital consisted of 377,160,836 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each. ME Group does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The International Securities Identification Number (the "ISIN") for ME Group's ordinary shares is GB0008481250.
