The following replaces the announcement "PDMR and PCA notification" released on 23 June 2022 under RNS No: 0297Q.
ME Group, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 23rd of June 2022 that Tibergest PTE LTD, a person closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of ME Group, had transferred 145,555 Ordinary Shares for in-kind consideration to JMG Partners SA (the "Transaction") for acting as adviser in relation to the offer which lapsed on the 8th of March 2022.
Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD. In the previous announcement it was incorrectly stated that as a result of the above transaction, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him had an interest of 137,866,791 Ordinary Shares, representing 36.47 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company following the Transaction. Mr Crasnianski's resultant shareholding was incorrect and was in fact 137,803,041 Ordinary Shares, following the Transaction.
The amended announcement is set out in full below:

Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD, and as a result of the above transaction, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have an interest of 137,803,041 Ordinary Shares, representing 36.45 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
