Block Listing Application

 

The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 7,073,149 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence nominal value each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities using a block listing (the "Block Listing Admission"). The Block Listing Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

 

The Block Listing Shares consist of:

 

1)  3,000,000 share options granted in relation to the acquisition of Sempa Sarl, announced on the 25 April 2019 ; and

 

2)  4,073,149 shares options granted pursuant to the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme (2014).

 

The Block Listing Admission is expected to become effective on 20 December 2022.
