(\"Northern Plains\") announces that NPC Growth Fund III LP and NPC Growth Fund (USA) III LP, both of which are managed by affiliates of Northern Plains (the \"Northern Plains Funds\"), have entered into an agreement to acquire 1,659,000 common shares of McCoy Corporation (\"McCoy\") from another investor at a purchase price of $1.25 per share. Upon completion of this transaction, the Northern Plains Funds will hold approximately 13.4% of the issued and outstanding shares of McCoy.The shares are to be acquired for investment purposes and the Northern Plains Funds may increase or decrease beneficial ownership or control depending on market or other conditions.In connection with this news release an early warning report will be filed by Northern Plains in accordance with applicable securities laws.\n\n\n\n","length":1041,"tagName":"div"}]
