McCoy Global Inc. announces quarterly dividend

EDMONTON, Dec. 4, 2014 /CNW/ -McCoy Global Inc. ("McCoy" or "the Company") (TSX:MCB; OTCQX:MCCRF), a supplier of innovative products and services for the global energy industry, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.05 per common share payable on December 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2014. The dividend per common share is unchanged from the prior quarter regular dividend and is an "eligible" dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.
