[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n31 May 2023\n \nMcBride plc\n \nDirectorate Change\n \n \nMcBride plc (the \"Company\") announces that Igor Kuzniar will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 May 2023.\n \nIgor joined the Board in June 2019, following constructive discussions with Teleios Capital Partners LLC, a European-focused investment firm, regarding Board composition and governance considerations. During his tenure, Igor became a member of the Nomination Committee and participated as an observer on both the Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.\n \nTeleios is currently the largest shareholder in McBride with a shareholding of 24.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nJeff Nodland, Chairman of McBride, commented:\n \n\"The Board extends its thanks and appreciation to Igor for the commitment and contribution he has provided to McBride and its committees throughout his four years' service as a director. His insights and perspectives were invaluable as the Company charted a new direction with Programme Compass and navigated the challenges created by the current external environment.
