Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company notifies the market that Regi Aalstad, an independent non-executive director of McBride plc, was today appointed as a director of Billerud AB ('Billerud') following her election by shareholders at the Billerud annual general meeting held earlier today.
