He also has international experience in many of our key European territories. He has been a CEO of sizeable Divisions and in his earlier career ran manufacturing operations building on his qualification as a graduate engineer.\n \nChris joins us from Unilever where he has most recently been Chief Customer Officer for Unilever plc. He has had an extensive international career with Unilever covering some 25 years and from 2003-07 was CEO of Unilever Poland and Baltics. Chris has also been responsible for setting up private label arrangements in Eastern Europe and for the manufacturing processes involved in household and personal care products.\n \nChairman Iain Napier said \"we are delighted to welcome Chris to McBride, and his experience in business to business customer relationships marketing and a unique mixture of branded and private label will be of enormous benefit to our company.
