Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

McBride plc (the 'Company') announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the '2025 Annual Report').

The Company will today post the following documents to shareholders who have elected to receive communications in printed form:

-     2025 Annual Report

-     2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

-     Proxy Form for the 2025 AGM. 

The documents are also available from the Company's website at www.mcbride.co.uk/investors/results-reports-presentations/ and www.mcbride.co.uk/investors/shareholder-information/agm/.

The AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday, 20 November 2025 at Arbeta, 11 Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the documents listed above have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
