The Board of Directors (the \"\n \n Board\n \n \") would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Coulter for his contribution to MCAN.\n \n\n The Board is pleased to announce that Mr.\n \n Derek Sutherland\n \n has been appointed Interim CEO of MCAN until such time as a permanent successor is appointed. Mr. Sutherland is the current Chair of MCAN, has been a director of MCAN since 2017, and has held various positions with MCAN throughout the years including as its Interim CEO in 2023.
