(TSXV: MAZ.H) and its subsidiary, Asbestos Corporation Limited (TSXV: AB.H), announce that Asbestos Corporation has finalized the agreement in principle with the Régie Intermunicipale du parc industriel de Beauce-Amiante to acquire the land and serpentine ore deposits adjacent to the former Carey mine buildings acquired on\n \n March 9, 2021\n \n , all located in the des Appalaches and Robert-Cliche regional county municipalities.
