(“Mayfair” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: MFG; OTC: MFGCF) is pleased to announce the results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders held in Vancouver, British Columbia, on June 30, 2021. The shareholders approved all motions put forth at the AGM, including the reelection of five director and the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors of the Company. A total of 33,647,425 shares were voted, representing 43.90 percent of the common shares that were issued and outstanding on the record date of the AGM. All of the directors received the support of 100 percent of the votes cast at the AGM. The complete results of the AGM will be available on the Company’s SEDAR profile.
