(McGinley) to\nprovide Hydrologic Services to Surge Battery Metals for the Nevada\nNorth Lithium Project (NNLP).\n \n \n \n \n The NNLP is a lithium bearing claystone deposit located\nnear Texas Spring, in the Thousand Springs Valley Hydrographic Basin\nnorth of the community of Wells in Elko County, Nevada. The project is\nin the exploration phase, wit\n \n \n \n \n h planning and permitting\nactivities on-going for the next phase of exploration drilling\nfollowed by the development of an exploration Plan of Operation and\nother permitting. McGinley has been retained to perform the scope of\nwork as described below:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hydrologic support during exploration drilling to\ncoordinate geologic and exploration teams to facilitate data\ncollection, such as static groundwater levels, preliminary groundwater\nquality sampling, and preliminary transmissivity testing.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Initial hydrologic evaluation to identify and\ncharacterize water sources such as springs, streams, lakes, and wells\nwithin a 5-mile radius of the NNLP.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A preliminary water supply analysis which will assist\nwith hydrogeologic review of a water supply plan.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Quarterly baseline monitoring workplan based on the\ninitial hydrologic baseline evaluation.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n McGinley has extensive experience executing hydrologic\nstudies for permitting of mining projects in Nevada.
