Pinnacle and Aerofoam cancel proposed merger

Management of Pinnacle and Aerofoam Metals Incorporated have decided after further due diligence not proceed with the proposed merger. Pinnacle is currently reviewing a number of other investment opportunities and is hopeful that it will find a suitable investment opportunity within the next 30 days.
