[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations\nannounces the following index changes effective after the close of business on\nThursday, November 17, 2005:\n\n- The shareholders of Terasen Inc. (TSX:TER) have approved the\n acquisition of the company by Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP\n (NYSE:KMP). The company will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite,\n the S&P/TSX Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX MidCap, the S&P/TSX Capped\n Utilities, the Provisional S&P/TSX Composite and the Provisional\n S&P/TSX MidCap indices.
