Joining Derrick\nCorporation as Vice President of Sales in 1968, Mr. Derrick was appointed CEO\nin 1992. He also serves on the boards of Scomi Oiltools, a Malaysian based\ninternational oil services firm and the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy.\n\n\nShawCor Ltd. is an energy services company specializing in products and\nservices for the pipeline and pipe services and the petrochemical and\nindustrial segments of the oil and gas industry.
