(TSX: SCL.A, SCL.B) today announced\nthat its subsidiary, Bredero Shaw (Singapore) Pte Ltd., has received a\ncontract with a total value of over US$85 million to provide anti-corrosion,\nflow assurance, concrete weight and internal flow efficiency pipeline coatings\nfor the Woodside Pluto LNG Project. The pipe will be coated at Bredero Shaw's\ncoating facilities in the Far East and in Orkanger, Norway with the work\nbeginning in 2008 and continuing through the end of 2009.\n\n\nThe coating scope entails 180 kilometers of 36" pipe connecting\nWoodside's Pluto field in Western Australia's Carnarvon basin to Woodside's\nLNG facility on the Burrup Peninsula, 55 kilometers of 20 inch insulated flow\nlines supplying gas to a shallow water production platform and 180 kilometers\nof 6 inch pipe to provide mono-ethylene glycol which will be used as a hydrate\ninhibitor in the offshore gas production pipelines.\n\n\nThe Pluto LNG Project is operated by Woodside, Australia's largest\npublicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company.\n\n\nBredero Shaw has provided pipeline coatings for oil and gas projects from\nfacilities in the Far East for over 20 years.
