[{"type":"text","content":"\nThird Quarter 2022 Highlights\n\n\nConsolidated revenue was $549 million;\n\n\nHealthcare revenue was $327 million, representing 6% reported growth and 10% constant currency growth; and\n\n\nNon-healthcare revenue was $222 million.\n\n\n IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nMasimo (Nasdaq: MASI) today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2022, ended October 1, 2022.\n\nThird Quarter 2022 Financial Results\n\nConsolidated revenue was $549.3 million, representing 78.7% reported growth compared to $307.4 million in the third quarter of 2021. Healthcare revenue was $327.2 million, which represents 6.4% reported growth and 10.0% growth on a constant currency basis. Non-healthcare revenue was $222.1 million.\n\nExcluding handheld and fingertip pulse oximeters, shipments of noninvasive technology boards and instruments were 76,100.\n\nFor the third quarter of 2022, on a consolidated basis, GAAP net income was $37.9 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, which includes expenses related to the Sound United acquisition. Non-GAAP net income was $53.9 million, or $1.00 per diluted share, for the quarter.\n\nJoe Kiani, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Masimo, said “We delivered strong results in the third quarter with revenue and earnings exceeding expectations.
