This is further to the announcement on December 19, 2018 of an agreement with Oak Hill Financial for investor relations services.\n\n \n \n\n \nThe terms of the extended agreement remain the same, with a monthly retainer of $10,000 renewed automatically each month until terminated by either party within 5 days of renewal.
