(TSXV: MTLO) (\"Martello\" or the \"Company\"), a leading provider of technology solutions that deliver clarity and control of complex IT environments deployed in thousands of locations around the world, announced today that it has engaged INFOR Financial Inc. (\"INFOR Financial\") to provide market making services (the \"Services\"). The market making services will be undertaken by INFOR Financial in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange (\"TSXV\").\n\n \n \n\n \nUnder the terms of the agreement, INFOR Financial will trade shares of Martello on the TSXV with the objective of maintaining an orderly trading market for Martello's securities, and improving market liquidity. Martello will pay INFOR Financial a monthly fee of $5,000 for a minimum term of four months, commencing April 23, 2019. The agreement will remain in force and effect until terminated by either party upon 30 days' written notice.\nThere are no performance factors contained in the agreement and INFOR Financial will not receive any shares or options from Martello as compensation for the services it will render.
