Ms. Crowe will be returning to a role in the professional sports industry.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ms. Crowe joined Martello in\n \n May 2018\n \n as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, and spearheaded the reverse acquisition transaction which resulted in Martello's listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"TSXV\").
