[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6684M Marston's PLC 03 February 2009 \n \n\n 3 February 2009\n\nMARSTON'S PLC ('Marston's')\n\nBOARD CHANGE\n\n\nMarston's PLC announces that its Finance Director, Paul Inglett, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Group after 17 years in order to pursue other opportunities. \n\nPaul will facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities to his successor, and expects to remain with the Company until the publication of the Group's interim results in May 2009. The search for a new Finance Director has commenced and a further announcement will be made in due course. \n\nChairman of Marston's PLC, David Thompson commented:\n\n'On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Paul for his important contribution to the Group including recently completing the successful extension of our bank facility to 2013. Paul joined us in 1992 and became Finance Director in 2001. He has played a significant role in building Marston's into one of the UK's leading independent brewer and pub operators.
