He was formerly Chief Executive of Allied\nLeisure plc (1995 - 2000), prior to which he held senior positions at Compass\nGroup and Ladbrokes.\n\nNeil is currently Chairman of Business In Sport and Leisure, Chairman of the\nSouth Central NHS Ambulance Trust and a member of the Low Pay Commission.
