Posting of Annual Report and notice of AGM \n \nThe Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014 and Notice of annual general meeting (\"AGM\") will be posted to shareholders today and copies can be viewed on the Company's website www.marechalecapital.com.\n \nThe AGM will be held at 11:30 on Wednesday 24 September 2014 at 46 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JH.\n \n2. Issue of options to staff\n \nAt the forthcoming AGM one of the resolutions to be proposed will be that the directors be authorised to issue options to staff up to an aggregate of 10% of the issued share capital, by number of shares, according to ABI Guidelines, details of which have been published on the Company's web-site.\n \n3.
