David to the job title of President – Passenger Operations.  Ms. David reports directly to Michael Barron, CEO of X Rail Entertainment, Inc. The Company said that the promotion is designed to consolidate the management operations of the high speed Las Vegas Xpress “X Train” between LA and Las Vegas and the operations of the X Wine Railroad, which has been running successfully from LA to Santa Barbara for over a year.  Ms. David has been the General Manager for the X Wine Railroad service. “Ms. David has shown an exceptional talent for managing all the aspects needed on the Las Vegas Xpress, also known as the X Train,” said Mr. Barron. “Her leadership and creativity in pulling together the diverse issues of Food & Beverage, logistics, rail car procurement, ticketing, and the world class service with wineries in Los Olivos including Vincent Vineyards and Sunstone Winery, has been exceptional.” “I am honored to accept this position,” Ms. David stated. “This project is of great importance to the company and to the passenger rail community. This route is the largest unserved passenger rail corridor in the US with over 12 million people driving each year from the LA area to Las Vegas, which is over four times the air travel traffic, and no train to serve the demand. I am committed to completing this iconic project.” Mr. Barron added, “We are in the final process of reviewing an RFP from haulage companies and will be making our selection in September. We have some regulatory requirements to complete, but most of that comes with the haulage company. Our plan is to begin operations of the X Train in mid-year 2019.” The Company said that the bold move to promote Ms. David would make the Las Vegas Xpress the only train of its kind, completely managed by women.
