(\"Maple Leaf\") is\npleased to announce that effective Monday, February 12th, 2007, Mr. Michael\nHau Hu has joined the Board of Directors of Maple Leaf.\n\n\nMr. Hu, currently a Vancouver B.C. resident, graduated in 1976 from\nYangon University in Myanmar in Business Economics and has experience working\nin International Banking in Hong Kong and Myanmar. Michael's language skills\nincluded English, Chinese and Burmese.\n\n\nIn addition to joining the board of Maple Leaf, Mr Hu is investing\n$120,000.00 CAD into Maple Leaf through a non-brokered Private Placement of\n1,000,000 shares at 12 cents per share, with a full warrant at 20 cents for a\nperiod of 18 months. Mr. Hu will also receive 500,000 stock options of the\ncompany at 20 cents per share.\n\n\nMr Hu will become directly involved in the sales and marketing of tree\nseedlings campaign for Maple Leaf. Mr Hu has strong ties and connections in\nthe Chinese provinces of Shanxi, Guangxi, Guizhou and will focus his sales\nteam efforts in these areas of China.\n\n\nMaple Leaf's primary mission is to provide top quality, value added\nnursery seedlings and services for reforestation and landscaping projects in\nChina through a 100% Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise registered company.
