On November 27, 2007 Maple Leaf\nannounced that it had raised, subject to TSXV approval, $2,290,000.00 through\nthe issuance of 1,526,667 common shares at $1.50. Unfortunately, one\nsubscriber was unable to fulfil the required financial obligations before the\ndeadline. As a result, the new total raised from the private placement is\n$2,170,000.00, through the issuance of 1,446,667 common shares.
