("Maple Leaf")\nwishes to announce that Mr. Michael Hu has elected to hand over his\nChairmanship role of Maple Leaf effective January 11, 2008. Mr. Raymond Lai,\nthe current President & CEO of Maple Leaf will become the Chairman of the\nBoard.\n\n\nMaple Leaf's management team and Board members are very pleased that Mr.\nHu will continue as a director of Maple Leaf and will be maintaining his\nposition as the company's largest shareholder. Since being appointed Chairman\nin July of 2007, Mr. Hu has provided Maple Leaf with invaluable commitment and\ndedication to assisting with the growth of the company. Maple Leaf's\nmanagement team and Board members are extremely grateful for Mr. Hu's\ncontributions to date. Mr. Hu is most notably acknowledged for his superb\nabilities to market Maple Leaf and attract investors to assist with the\ncompany's growth and development.
