("E-Research") based out of Toronto, Ontario, retained by Maple\nLeaf, has completed an initiating report (the "Report") of Maple Leaf. The\nReport provides a detailed analysis of the Company's current operations and\nanticipated future projects. The Report is E-Research's independent analysis\nof facts and data supplied by the Company's management ("Management").\nManagement signed an agreement with E-Research which guaranteed no\ninterference from Management regardless of the contents of the Report. The\nfollowing are some of the statements made in the Report that the Company would\nlike to highlight:\n\n\n- Maple Leaf's products and services are top government priority in\n China, making the Company eligible for government grants and special\n tax treatment.\n\n- The cooking oil and bio-diesel processing plant in Xinjiang is a\n monopoly guaranteed by the county government. Such monopolies are\n rare in the modern-day business world.
