(TSX Venture -\nMPE) ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has\nengaged the services of Sage Stone (Canada) Inc ("Sage Stone"). The engagement\nof Sage Stone was a necessary step for Maple Leaf to commence with listing on\nthe Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE).\n\n\nThe Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement") is for a term of nine (9)\nmonths. Pursuant to the Agreement Maple Leaf will issue to Sage Stone 100,000\nshares for service; 20,000 initially, and 10,000 on each month anniversary of\nthe execution of the Agreement. Maple Leaf will also issue to Sage Stone\n350,000 options of the Company at an exercise price of $0.75 exercisable for\nthree years. All shares and options issued under the Agreement are subject to\na four month hold period.
