("Maple Leaf")\nwishes to announce that Mr. David Clarke has elected to hand over the\nleadership roles of Maple Leaf effective July 1, 2007. Mr Michael Hu, an\nexisting director of Maple Leaf will become the Chairman of the Board and Mr.\nRaymond Lai, currently the President of Maple Leaf, will also become the Chief\nExecutive Officer of Maple Leaf.\n\n\nMr. Clarke stated, "I would like to thank our shareholders and the\nfinancial community who have supported Maple Leaf over the years. Their\nsupport allowed Maple Leaf to grow and build a solid foundation for the tree\nseedling business in China. I am extremely proud of the "new China team" and\ntheir direction, leadership and business protocol in China, which will allow\nMaple Leaf to become a large and successful company. Together, Mr. Hu, Mr Lai\nand Mr. (Xiaolu) Thomas Tang (Vice President of Maple Leaf and Senior\nManagement official in China) will be able to take Maple Leaf to the next\nlevel of business, signing more sales contracts making Maple Leaf a successful\ncash flow company."\n\n\nMr. Clarke will continue as a director of Maple Leaf and will also serve\nas the "Chairman of the Audit Committee".\n\n\nMaple Leaf's primary mission is to provide top quality, value added\nnursery seedlings and services for reforestation and landscaping projects in\nChina through a 100% Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise registered company.
