Stern & Lovrics LLP. has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 (\"NI 51-102\"), the Corporation has filed a Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR together with letters from both Deloitte and Stern & Lovrics LLP, with each letter confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events (as defined in NI 51-102) between Deloitte and Aurvista Gold Corporation. \n\n \nAbout Aurvista Gold\n\n \n \nAurvista Gold Corporation is a junior gold exploration and development company. Aurvista's principal asset is the Douay Gold Project, consisting of 221 wholly owned claims totalling approximately 11,430 hectares.
