[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 17 July 2023\n \n \nManx Financial Group PLC (the \"Group\")\n \nUpdate regarding Issue of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Scrip Dividend\nand Total Voting Rights\n \nFollowing a recalculation by our Registrars and further to the announcement made on 12 July 2023 in relation to the Scrip Dividend, the Group announces that in order to satisfy the Scrip Dividend exercise, the Company is required to issue 45 fewer shares, making the revised total 418,948 New Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, admission of 418,948 New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, is expected on 19 July 2023.\n \nAs a result, the Company's issued share capital consists of 115,491,936 Ordinary Shares of no-par value, with voting rights (\"Ordinary Shares\").
